Yes, we are a fully insured holiday let management company as well as our cleaning partners. Airbnb also cover damages and costs if a guest has damaged the property.

For peace of mind for both parties, we offer a basic, flexible contract. This lays out the requirements your property must meet for Airbnb and confirms a standard one month termination notice period. However, this is negotiable depending on circumstances.

We offer two services:
1. Full management
2. Marketing and launch

For full management, we charge 12% of the gross Airbnb income excluding cleaning costs.

Marketing and launching starts from £299 as a one off payment for a 1 bedroom property.

We are holiday let owners and investors with 99% of all our reviews being 5 star, and we have been awarded Superhost status by Airbnb for our properties. Prior to holiday let management, we have worked for property developers both locally in Shrewsbury and internationally.

We do. We ensure we have the time and resources to offer all our clients a 5 star service in order to gain consistent 5 star reviews and maximise the number of bookings.

We pride ourselves on our exceptionally high standard of cleanliness in all our properties. We work with the award winning cleaning company, The Shrewsbury Cleaning Hub who share our values.

Our cleaning partners provide white, hotel quality linen sheets and towels. We ask that you provide pillows and mattress covers.

Cleaning starts at £19.50 an hour, but on average a full change over including bedlinen and towels is around £100.

From our experience, guests do appreciate a welcome pack (and it is usually reflected and mentioned in a review). The Welcome Pack can be provided at an additional cost and ranges from basic, to more extravagant, to a bespoke pack of your choice. A Basic Pack would comprise, small loaf of brown bread, small butter, selection of jams, small semi-skimmed milk, 1 litre bottle of water, 1 pack of shortbread biscuits, limited number of tea bags and coffee pods (where applicable). A fuller welcome pack includes a bottle of prosecco and we are very happy to tailor a bespoke pack of your choice at an agreed cost.
