Q. Are you Insured?

Yes, we are a fully insured holiday let management company as well as our cleaning partners. Airbnb also cover damages and costs if ever a guest has damaged the property.

Q. What is the contract like?

For peace of mind for both parties, we offer a basic, flexible contract. This lays out the requirements your property must meet for Airbnb and confirms a standard one month termination notice period, however, this is negotiable depending on circumstances.

Q. How much are your services?

We offer two services, full management and marketing and launch. For full management, it is 12% of the gross Airbnb income excluding cleaning costs.

Marketing and launching starts from £299 as a one off payment for a 1 bedroom property.

Q. What is your experience?

We have been holiday let owners ourselves for the past 5 years. 98% of all our reviews have been 5 star and we have been awarded Superhost status. Prior to holiday let management, we have worked for local property developers in Shrewsbury.

Q. Do you cap how many you manage?

We do. We ensure we have the time and resources to offer all our clients a 5 star service in order to gain consistent 5 star reviews and maximum booking capacity.

Q. How do you guarantee the Airbnb is consistently cleaned to a high standard?

We pride ourselves on our exceptional high standard of cleanliness in all of our properties. We work with the award winning cleaning company, The Shrewsbury Cleaning Hub who share our values.

Q. Do you provide laundry?

Our cleaning partners provide white, hotel linen quality sheets and towels. We ask that you provide pillows and mattress covers.

Q. How much is the cleaning?

Cleaning starts at £19.50 an hour, but on average a full change over including bedlinen and towels is about £100.

Q. Do I need to provide a Welcome Pack?

From our experience, guests do appreciate a welcome pack (and it is usually reflected and mentioned in a review). The Welcome Pack can be provided at an additional cost and ranges from basic to more extravagant to a requested pack of your choice. A Basic Pack would comprise, small brown loaf of bread, small butter, selection of jams, small semi-skimmed milk, 1 litre bottle of water, 1 pack of shortbread biscuits, limited number of tea bags and coffee pods (where applicable). A fuller welcome pack includes a bottle of prosecco and we are very happy to provide a bespoke pack of your choice at an agreed cost.
